Summary

The good governance of organisations presupposes an effective information system. As time goes by, the “professional” applications (finances and accounting, human resources, education, pedagogy and documentation) are juxtaposed without taking the rules of interoperability sufficiently into account. This report takes all its acuity from the context of the federative structures of institutions, the system planning of which is based on precisely defined coherence frameworks.

The round table will demonstrate how an effective global information system can achieve crucial strategic analysis objectives, help decision-taking and optimise services. It will distinguish between the global information system of one institution and that of a group of institutions.
